Returns & Exchanges

At Cast, every product is made with intention, care, and precision. Because our offerings are handcrafted in small batches and designed for personal use, we’ve set clear guidelines to protect your experience — and ours.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The product must be sealed, undamaged, and unused
- Original packaging must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Sample vials, promotional items, or gift-with-purchase products
- Digital downloads, event passes, or personalized kits
- Products marked as Final Sale at checkout
2. Exchanges
Due to the nature of our small-batch production, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a standard return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Some products may be marked “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return or refund. This will be clearly noted at checkout.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at info@castintention.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll make it right — quickly and clearly.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We do not offer return labels at this time.
We currently accept returns from Canadian and U.S. customers only.

6. Holiday Return Policy
For orders placed between November 15 and December 31, returns will be accepted until January 15 of the following year, provided the product remains unopened and eligible under standard return guidelines.
7. Third-Party or In-Person Purchases
Purchases made through third-party retailers, markets, or pop-up events must be returned through the original point of purchase. Cast is not responsible for processing returns on behalf of third-party vendors.
8. Policy Abuse
To maintain fairness, Cast reserves the right to deny returns in cases of suspected misuse, excessive returns, or abuse of our return policy.
