Each Cast formula combines two layers of botanical compounds. Every spray begins with a 16-hour herbal infusion that extracts water-soluble plant compounds before volatile plant compounds are layered into the formula.
The finished formulation is designed to engage olfactory pathways associated with autonomic activity. Within the Cast system, Sleep, Calm, and Clarity are designed for distinct use states, including before bed, during demanding parts of the day, after travel, and following extended screen time.
The 16-hour herbal infusion extracts water-soluble botanical compounds, including flavonoids, polyphenols, glycosides, and tannins. Many of these compounds have little or no aroma but remain part of the finished formula.
Beginning with plant chemistry allows us to build each formulation in layers before volatile plant compounds are added.

Yes. Cast is designed as a system, with Sleep, Calm, and Clarity serving different use states throughout the day. You can use one spray on its own or move between them as your needs change.
Use Clarity after extended screen time, travel, or long periods of focus, Calm during demanding parts of the day, and Sleep before bed.
Shake before use. Spray into the air or onto linens and inhale slowly. Use Sleep before bed, Calm throughout the day, and Clarity after extended screen time, travel, or upon waking.
If you're using the full Cast system, choose the spray that corresponds to the moment you're in.
A 100 mL bottle typically lasts 2 to 3 months with regular use, depending on how often you spray.
