How to Use
Shake well. Spray 2–3 pumps into the air or onto linens from 30 cm (12 in) away. Use before stillness, between tasks, or after emotionally charged moments. Combine with nasal breathing (in 4 / out 6) to reinforce regulatory tone. Do not spray on skin. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Bien agiter.
