Sleep Spray works through brain signalling and structured breath input to slow internal activity, regulate the stress response, and support the body’s transition into restful sleep.
Lemon balm and passionflower quiet internal activation and prepare the body for sleep. Lavender and chamomile support calm. Clary sage, marjoram, and vetiver reinforce sensory quiet and grounding. Mugwort deepens the transition to rest.
The blend is soft, herbaceous, and warm, with notes of resin, wood, and grounded florals. Features a hand-prepared herbal infusion rich in plant compounds that support physiological restoration.
How to Use
Shake well. Spray 2–3 pumps into the air or onto linens from 30 cm (12 in) away. Use before bed or during nighttime wakeups. Combine with nasal breathing (in 4 / out 6) to enhance vagal tone.
